Why is Health and Safety important in the workplace.
Morgan:
Workplace health and safety is all about sensibly managing risks to protect your employees and your business. Keeping employees safe will improve morale in the workplace, employees operate much more efficiently when they know they can complete their job or task without their health being affected. An effective safety program also works to reduce risk. It is important to say that our employees also have a duty of care to look after their own health and safety and that of their fellow workers, be prepared to co-operate with everyone to help meet their legal requirements. It’s all about working together to create a safe environment for everyone!
What do you do outside your job?
Morgan:
I have recently renovated a house, and this has taken up a lot of my free time. I have tried to learn and do as much as possible myself to save on construction and build costs.
My family is very important to me, if I’m not spending time with my wife and two beautiful daughters, I am out and about with my spaniel Ralph.
