Introducing DocuWare!
“DocuWare is a software system that enables us to save time and resource!” says Jo Wood, National Office manager. “We are continuing to achieve our goal of becoming a paperless office environment. Our most recent update is the implementation of a paperless solution called DocuWare.”
DocuWare is “document management software” which cleverly automates workflow for businesses, so there is a lot less pen-pushing and paper duplication. It digitizes and secures our information to flow effortlessly between our teams, anywhere, any device and any time. It removes the need of having to store paper records and makes finding a document an easy process.
We implemented this with the support of React Computer Partnership. We are monitoring and recording our progress and this system is to be set up at all our six sites with Swansea Head Office to be operational on a full paperless system by the end of 2022. The project roll out progress to date is total units per week approximately 35,000. What a step forward everyone involved!
